Hi! I’m Kaaryn, owner and creator of Blessing Of Blankets! B*B has been open for almost 7 years, opening its doors originally with an Etsy shop on November 21, 2018. I’ve always had a love for home made things but blankets by far are my favorite. I believe that there is always a good time to give a blanket. Whether someone is going through their greatest celebration or mourning a difficult time, a blanket says – I care about you, and what you might be needing!
Each and every product is handmade with deep intention BY ME! That’s right! I create each and every item that you see on this website. Your purchase and support means so much to me and my family! Every item is unique, and can’t be repeated exactly. Which I think is the best part about hand made things.
Handmade with Heart, Inspired by Life
I was born and raised in Colorado, and am practicing Catholic which honestly is intertwined in my entire personality. I love swimming, hiking and being outdoors. In some ways I am powered by the sun. However, I mostly love being my introverted self, at home, with yarn and my family. Something I really enjoyed is doing trade and craft shows.
These shows give me the opportunity to meet my customers face to face! No matter how you might be placing the order, I desire to know the ‘why’ behind your purchase. That way, I can be as intentional in what I make, as you are in giving this gift!
MISSION
With each stitch that comes from my hands, a blanket is created with a great prayer-filled intent and devotion. I pray you see the blessings in your life, just as one stitch supports and leads to the next. I pray for strength when you need it most. Above all, my hope is that the one who receives this blanket will know they have a deep inherent worth, rooted in Christ, and that they are loved beyond measure.
